But the more clients we helped, the more we noticed the same problem. Buyers, sellers, and investors weren't making bad decisions because they were careless. They were making bad decisions because nobody gave them clear numbers.
The problem wasn't motivation. It was clarity.
Buyers couldn't tell if renting or buying would build more wealth. STR investors couldn't grade a deal before offering. Sellers had no idea what they'd actually walk away with.
And agents? We were drowning in spreadsheets and generic AI tools that didn't understand real estate. So we built our own.
